You may have thought that therapy wasn't for you, that you didn't need someone else to tell you what was wrong or how to fix it.

You may have thought people who see a therapist are suicidal, unable to function or suffering from psychosis. It is true that therapy is helpful for those times, but the majority of my clients call me because they feel stuck and dissatisfied with the direction of their life.

Therapy is a confidential relationship. Unlike friends and family, I can be an objective consultant who can help you search for solutions from an unbiased position. Therapy helps people who want more from life than they are experiencing currently.

Therapy may be as brief as one session or last longer. The average number of sessions is between six and ten.
